Membership

Walden Glen has three membership options - a family option, an individual option and a tennis only option.  Fees detailed below.

 

Membership Fees for 2018

 
WALDEN GLEN DOES NOT REQUIRE A BOND.
 
FAMILIES:
  • Returning Family Memberships are a total of $505 due by May 28th.  The $505 total consists of an annual fee of $385, a Capital Improvement fee of $30 and a Maintenance Fee** of $90.
  • New Family Memberships are a total of $530.  The $530 total consists of a new member fee of $25, an annual fee of $385, a Capital Improvement fee of $30 and a Maintenance Fee** of $90.

INDIVIDUALS:

  • Returning Individual Memberships are a total of $315 due by May 28th.  The $315 total consists of an annual fee of $195, a Capital Improvement fee of $30 and a Maintenance Fee** of $90.
  • New Individual Memberships are a total of $340.  The $340 total consists of a new member fee of $25, an annual fee of $195, a Capital Improvement fee of $30 and a Maintenance Fee** of $90.

**The $90.00 maintenance fee is completely refundable to members contributing at least 4 hours of labor during officially designated work days.  If you volunteer, your $90 will be refunded in September.

 

After Opening Weekend (5/26/2018-5/28/2018), an additional $35 late fee will be added to all Returning memberships.

TENNIS:

  • Tennis Memberships are a $100 per family.  Tennis memberships will entitle the tennis members to have access only to the Tennis and bath house facilities of the Club as follows:

    (i) during the pool operating season, access is (a) during times associated with activities hosted and conducted in coordination with the tennis pro, such as lessons and tennis team events, and (b) otherwise, during normal operating hours, on a not to interfere basis with usage by any Regular Member of the Club.

    (ii) during non-pool operating season, access is limited to the tennis facilities only, during daylight hours.
