These team activities begin after the end of the school year. Information for each week's activities are emailed in a weekly newsletter. All three levels (the General Swim Team, Mini Wahoos, and Swim School) are encouraged to attend all team activities.

Pep Rallies are held on the Friday evenings before dual meets and Divisionals. The team gathers around the pool pavilion for a pot-luck dinner and an activity related to the next day’s dual meet organized by a different age group each week, starting with the 15-18s and ending with the 8&Unders. Each Friday, a girl and boy swimmer will receive a “Wahoo of the Week" Award.

The Wahoo Hop is the social affair of the summer for our swimmers who love to dress up! Snacks are brought by families as the kids dance the night away. The older kids get the last hour to themselves.

The Lip Sync is the night when the kids and even some of the parents do their best pop star imitations and display their talents. The coaches always impress us with their own productions! Prepare your acts and get ready to shine!

The Long Distance Swim takes place the last week of team practice. Swimmers are given one hour to swim as many lengths as they can. Participants may switch strokes and take breaks as needed. Participants provide their own counters, and counters can count for more than one swimmer.

Team Pictures will be taken by a professional photographer (team and individual pictures). Purchase of pictures is optional; however, please plan to attend the team photo session. Please come in your team (or like-colored) suit.

The Lollipop Meet for the Mini Wahoos and Swim School takes place the morning of their last practice. All Mini Wahoos and Swim School participants will have a chance to compete. The meet is run by the coaches and older swimmers. Assistance in the water will be provided for those swimmers who want it.

The End of Season Awards Banquet is held the evening of the Divisional Meet (the last Saturday in July). Held at Walden Glen, the team banquet gives the team a chance to come together and celebrate the season. Award recipients are chosen by the coaches.
