Note: Full time childcare providers and any person temporarily living in the house of a Club member for the swimming season can register as a seasonal guest at the cost of $75.00 per guest.
The pool doesn't get prepped for the season every year by itself. Our Maintenance Directors coordinate the Work Days in the spring and fall to get the pool ready for business.

The Pavilion area is available to members for parties of 10 or more. Reservations are required and must be made at least 1 week in advance using the Pavilion Rental Binder maintained at the pool in the Guard Office. Reservations are on a first-come/first-served basis. The Binder contains a calendar listing of all reservations. Both blank and completed forms are kept in the binder. Reservations are limited to no more than two per day to allow all members reasonable access to the Pavilion.
Your reservation includes use by your group of the Pavilion and the grill(s) for the time specified. It does not restrict other members from using the grill, any tables left unused by the group, the soft drink machine or the snack bar. The Pavilion will not be reserved beyond 8:30 p.m. (7:30 p.m. on school nights) to allow for timely clean-up and departure. Both a reservation deposit of $25 and a cleaning deposit of $15 (in separate checks) are required for use of the Pavilion. If after using the facility, you leave it in a clean and orderly condition, then the $15 check will be returned to you.
Groups that include non-members, whether swimming or not, must pay the appropriate guest fee on the day of the event. For groups of 10 or more, the fee is $1.00 per non-member; for groups of less than 10, the regular non-member guest fee will apply.
Please note that inclement weather which would cause the pool to close also forces closure of the pavilion area as well. The pavilion does not provide proper cover in case of thunder, lightning, high winds, etc.
Cancellation/Weather policy: Cancelation with 2 week notice receives a full refund, 1 week notice receives a $15 refund; and no refund if canceled with less than 1 week. In the event of cancellation due to weather, you can priority rebook your event.
