We are pleased you have chosen to have your event at the pool! Please review the information and let us know if we can answer any questions for you.

Requirements:  The Walden Glen pavilion area is available to members for parties of 10 or more. Reservations are required and are on a first-come/first-served basis. Reservations must be made at least 1 week in advance and are limited to no more than two per day to allow all members reasonable access to the pavilion. Only members may reserve the pavilion.

Guest Fees: Groups that include non-members, whether swimming or not, must pay the appropriate guest fee on the day of the event. Pavilion rental fee includes 10 non-member guests. Each additional non-member guest is $5.

Time: The pavilion is available in 3-hour increments. The first time block must end no later than 3 PM. The second time block must start after 4 PM. Please clean and vacate the pavilion at the end of your time block. Your guests are welcome to remain at the pool to swim and play.

Pavilion Rental: A $75 rental fee is payable online by choosing your date and time above, then completing the reservation by paying.

Cleaning Deposit: A $25 refundable deposit must be submitted using a separate check (or cash) prior to your event. If, after using the facility, you leave it in a clean and orderly condition, then the $25 check will be returned to you.

Cancellation Policy: We will issue a full refund with at least a 2 week notice; $15 refund with a 1 week notice; no refund if your event is cancelled less than a week prior to the event. Rain or weather cancellation allows for a priority rebooking.

Grill: Your reservation includes use by your group of the pavilion and the grill(s) for the time specified. It does not restrict other members from using the grill(s), any tables left unused by the group, the soft drink machine or the snack bar.

Weather: If the guards close the pool due to weather, the pavilion must close as well. Please check the weather forecast the day of your event and be prepared.
