Head Coach: Jeffery Toomer

Jeff Toomer grew up in Durham, NC and was introduced to tennis during a summer recreation league program. He went on to play competitively on the NC junior tennis circuit, achieving rankings throughout junior play and in high school. Jeff played on the Division 1 Men's Tennis Team at West Point for two years (until his grades dictated that he stop playing!). He currently serves as the Boys Varsity Tennis Coach for West Springfield, HS. Jeff is a 20-year Army veteran, retiring as a lieutenant colonel to enter pastoral ministry. He is a 1988 graduate of West Point and holds master's degrees in Counseling and Leader Development, Military Arts and Sciences, and Biblical Studies. Jeff and his wife Laryssa live in Alexandria, VA. They have three children.

Assistant Coach: Austin Duncan

Austin Duncan is a rising senior at West Springfield HS. He has been playing sports his entire life including soccer and baseball. He has enjoyed playing tennis for the last 5 years and is a member of the West Springfield High School tennis team Austin enjoys working with & helping younger kids to learn the game of tennis!
